Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families made it simple. With Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families, your basic health care services are covered by your monthly membership premiums and copayments when you receive care.

Designed for people who need to provide their own health insurance, Kaiser Permanente’s individual plans offer people like you the coverage and care your family deserves. When you’re responsible for your own health benefits, it’s not always easy to find a plan that offers the convenience you want with the coverage your family needs—and the quality care they deserve. That’s why Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families provides a variety of plans designed for people like you who aren’t covered by a group plan.

We realize everyone’s needs are different. Some people prefer the predictability of paying for more of their care in their monthly premiums, as with our Platinum Rx and Platinum plans. Others, like those who choose one of our five deductible plans, prefer to pay for more of their medical care at the time of service.
